Looking for a skilled coder to help me build this MT5 EA: Trailing Buying and Selling EA for MT5 with Dashboard UI

Looking for a skilled coder to help me build this MT5 EA:

Create an MT5 EA that will execute Buy Order every 5 minute Green Candle (after closing price) and Sell Order every 5 minute Red Candle (after closing price).

The EA should have a Dashboard UI where I can turn ON and OFF BUY and SELL Orders. When I turn on the EA for Buy Orders, the EA should execute BUY Orders at the close of every 5 minute green candle. Likewise, when I turn on the EA for Sell Orders, the EA should execute Sell Orders at the close of every 5 minute red candle until the TP price and/or SL price is hit.

In the Dashboard, there should be a customizable TP and SL values for me to set TP target and SL target. Example, if I set my TP at 1000, and SL at 500, all executed orders must have TP at 1000 and SL at 500 regardless of the entry price. If the EA has placed 10 or 20 Buy or Sell orders, all 10 or 20 should have the same TP and SL price/value.

Another thing is that the dashboard should include customizable lot sizing from 0.01 lot to 100 lots per order.
