EA development from custom indicator!

Good afternoon, 

I have a custom indicator that currently sends buy and sell signals. I would like to adapt this into a fully automated EA on the US30. This EA should include the following settings:

- Risk option (Low risk - medium risk - high risk - extreme risk)

- Max open trades

- Stop Loss (Previous levels OR user input points)

- Asset name change (User can make sure the EA knows their brokers ticker for US30)

- Directional Choice (Allow the EA to buy and sell, only buy or only sell)

- Recovery Factor (enable / disable - Lot size increase after a losing trade)

- Recovery Factor amount (User can input the position multiplier)

- Trade Fridays (Enable / Disable)

- Take Profit (Enable / Disable)

- Take Profit amount (user input the RR according to the SL - 0.5% - 1% - 1.5% etc...)

- Trailing Stop Loss (Enable / Disable)

- Trailing Stop Loss Type (Aggressive / normal - Rules for this will be given when job accepted)

- All Profit Close (Close all trades when X% profit is reached 0=off)

- All Loss Close (Close all trades when X% Drawdown is reached 0=off)

Rules:

The EA will be using a set of moving averages and a custom made oscillator to execute entry positions. Full details will be given when job is accepted - The rules are very simple.
