Combine indicator with Stochastic and MA

Description:

Expand a mq4 – Stochastic Cross Alert mq4 indicator.

Add the following to the indicator:

1.       1^st Moving Average

2.       2^nd Moving Average

3.       Add a 2^nd Stochastic

The above will be used as Filters.

Example:

1.       1^st Moving Average: EMA 40

2.       2^nd Moving Average: EMA 100

3.       2^nd Stochastic 25/12/8

Create Up-arrow when:

1.       Filters no1, no2, no3 are ON/OFF and,

2.       1^st MA is GREATER than 2^nd MA.

3.       2^nd Stochastic Main is ABOVE Signal.
