Scalping entry EA

This trading EA must follow very specific and simple rules providing quick entries on lower TF after I got my daily biais on asset I want to trade the rules are :  1. Must take only 1 trade per days  2. The EA Must be played on 3 charts simultaneously but if one the 3 take a trade the 2 others must NOT and the EA must stop trading for the day then providing 1 trade per days.   3. I should be able to activate/deactivate the EA on 1 or both the 3 charts when I want and also be able to select the direction I want the EA to look for trade ( If I want bullish or bearish setup for the day)                                                                                   So for the strategy it is very simple          11.
