Need A Movable Rectangle Tool To place pending Orders in MQL5

I am looking for a developer who has ready tool like Tradingview Long Short tool for mt5.

I basically need to place a buy limit ,sell limit ,buy stop and sell stop based on the rectangle tool

if  stop loss is less than take profit , the stop loss area will be colored red and take profit area will be colored green

on the other hand if the stop loss is greater than the take profit , the stop loss area will be red zone and take profit will be 

green
