Context


We already have a running expert written in MQL5, that once a minute sends some information of the account in JSON to an external API.

The existing MQL5 source code will be provided to the developer that takes the job.

The EA reports 3 groups of information to the API:

  • Account information -- Working OK
  • Open positions -- Working OK
  • Closed positions -- Needs corrections regarding the commission of each closed position.

Our request

In MT5, the commissions of each trade are charged in a more flexible way than in MT4, for instance, part of the commission is charged when the operation is OPEN, and the other part when it closes.

So, the developer must be sure that the commission reported for each closed operation is correct, as shown in the Metatrader 5 history tab.

We need the working source code that fixes the way commissions are reported to the API.
