Create EA with 3 indicators

 Well is an EA for 5 min CHARTS with 3 indicators, the problem is that the indicator, one of then i find on Tradingview, and i need convert it to MQL4 and integrate on the expert.

Indicators are, Kijun, zer Lag MACD and VOLUME OSCILLATOR.

Zero Lag MACD is the indicator i find on tradingview , it must have 2 visual EMAS...etc.
