I need someone who can use Tradingview indicator and customize it with my strategy and convert it to mt4 or mt5. 

Here's the details below :

Uptrend Strategy

Based on those imaging you establish target price  and exit price - >>> see attached images with uptrend blue line and uptrend redline 
When reversal yellow candle formed but is with blue line  as attached image (uptrend blue line) then profit should be reversal yellow
Blue Line

Option A : if the reversal yellow candle high is lower than the rest of the other bar high price then entry price should be the close price  of the reversal yellow candle +.3 (example 2031 + .3 = 2031.30) and the exit price (profit price) should be the entry price minus - 3 (example 2031.30 - 3 = 2028.30)

Option B: if the reversal yellow candle high is the same as the rest of the other bar high price then entry price should be high of reveal yellow candle + 1 (example 2031.00 + 1 = 2032.00) and exit price / profit should be in example (2031 - 4 +.5 = 2027.50)
Blue Line option C: if option A or B does not match then entry price would be reversal yellow candle high price +.2 (in example 2031 + .2 = 2031.20) and exit price or profit would be reverla yellow candle high price minus - 3 ( in example 2031 - 3 = 2028.00)

Red Line

Option A: if the reversal yellow candle high price is lower than the other bar high price and the reversal yellow candle close price is equal = reversal yellow candle low then entry price is high price of reversal yellow candle minus - 2 + .5 (Example: 2031 - 2 +.5 = 2029.50) and profit or exit price would be 2029.50  minus - 2 (Example: 2029.50 - 2 = 2207.50)

Red line option B: if option A does not match then entry price would be reversal yellow candle close price +.3 (in example 2031 + .3 = 2031.30) and exit price or profit price reversal yellow candle low price -2 +.99 (in example: 2031 -2 +.99 = 2029.99)
