Updated Expert Advisor and Create A Display

Looking for an experience developer to removed the current display that I have on my expert advisor and create a new display based on the file that I send you as an example, this display would need to be set in the parameters to have the ability to be shown on screen or not as a true/false statement. 

Also I would need you to add these parameters to restrict my system from trading during high impact news events this includes:

1: Parameter that closes any outstanding trades in profit within a certain amount of "Before high impact news release" (please default this to 2 hours, but have it in the parameters for me to change) If the value is zero then no action shall be taken

2. Make a true/false statement to where if there is more than X (Default should be 4) amount High Impact News Events within a day no trades shall be accepted until a certain amount of time after the last news event (Note I already have a news parameter that restricts trading before and after news events) so that number should be based on the "After New Release" amount

3. Create a parameter that restricts "First Trade's" if there is more than 4 hours (candles) of consecutive declining ADX values : This value should be able to be adjusted call it "DCM Restriction" and this should be a true/false parameter

In completing this project your changes should not affect the previous performance as far as entering trades and exiting them when these scenarios above are not present.
