Convert a Tradeview indicator to MT4

I want a public Tradeview indicator to be converted to a MT4 indicator. The indicator shows big candlesticks, and two Moving averages.

I want the MT4 indicator to have the same features as the original indicator. 

The name of the indicator is "Elephant Bar by Oliver Velez".

I have attached the source code, but you can view the indicator in Tradingview as well.
