Make a GRID EA

Dear Coders,

I need a EA based on Grid strategy. Here is the trading rules:

1. At the opening of the EA it will place 2 order instantly. A buy and a sell same lot. SL: no sl TP: 75 points.

2. Then it calculate steps at every 80 points of chart and will place 40 pending orders to its both direction steps. In every 80 points step it will place buy stop + sell limits and sell stop + buy limits. (10 buy stops + 10 sell limits + 10 sell stops + 10 buy limits) 

3. In every opened running orders should have TP: 75 /80 points.

4. If the price goes up- hit a tp then no delay it will open a same type order at the same price it was opened. i.e. 1.35000 was the buy trade and it hit tp at 1.35075, then market at 1.35075 it open a new pending BUY LIMIT at 1.35000.  

5. Same as buy, if the price goes down- hit a tp then no delay it will open a same type order at the same price it was opened. i.e. 1.35000 was the sell trade and it hit tp at 1.34925, then market at 1.34925 it open a new pending SELL LIMIT at 1.35000.

6. EA will check every 10/20 sec that 40/42 pending are available at its direction. If the price goes up and some pending are opened- simply place tp at all orders 75 points and open new pending at upper direction (buy stop & sell limits) calculating total 10+10 = 20 at up. And delete opposite direction extra pending by calculation number of 10+10 = 20 pending. am I Clear?

** EA Should use at 0.05 pips spread account or ECN low spread account only.

LOT: 0.01 (can be change) 

Use TP: True/ False

TP Points: 75 (not pips, it should be in points some called it pipettes)

Use SL: True/ False

SL Points: 75 (not pips, it should be in points some called it pipettes)

Grid Steps by Points: 80

Up Direction Orders Pending: 20

Down Direction Orders Pending: 20

Time to check pending every (sec): 30 (this is the time gap to check that all pending are in position and they are 20 up and 20 down from market price)  

Slippage: 30 (not pips, it should be in points some called it pipettes)

All trade close amount $: 50 (if some how Basket reached at this mentioned amount all open and pending should closed at once and start a new loop)

Trade after Basket Close: True/ False

If any one can code this EA without bug/errors, I can pay more for this EA. I can only pay by Neteller or Skrill.
