EA based on Candlesticks/Timeframes with SPECIFIC Requirements for Entry/Exists

 READ BEFORE APPLYING; I WILL IGNORE YOU IF YOU ASK ABOUT MY REQUIREMENTS!!!!!

Need an EA that can trade candlestick / timeframes based on the following SPECIFIC requirements.

1: EA must be able to enter a buy and a sell position at the beginning/close of a candle without fail.

2: Must be able to change whether I want the EA to run on 15min, 30min,45min, etc!

3: Must be able to change when EA takes a trade: I.E it only takes a buy/sell if the previous candle length is 10pips or 50pips long, must be able to IGNORE all Candles that are under the specific pip requirements 

4: Must be able to customize when the the EA closes in PROFIT either at the beginning of the next candle, the end of the current candle or the end of the following candle. 

5: Must be able to customize EA to closes a losing trade at Breakeven or in profit no matter how long it takes!!!!!!!!!

6: Must be able to take additional trades while its waiting for breakeven a previous negative trade!!!!!

7: For losing trades EA must hold its second wining position till it gets to its first losing position. (EXTREMELY Important)

Please make sure you can create an EA that can continuously do the following examples based on the requirements above!!!!!

Example : EA Set to Gold 15min EA only Enters if candles are 5pips or more

1st Candle (5pips length candle): EA enters a buy and sell at 1940 ; Gold closes 15min candle at 1945; EA closes buy position and 1945 and HOLDS the sell; EA IMMEDIATELY gets in ANOTHER buy/sell position at 1945

2nd Candle (10 pips length Candle): Gold pumps to 1955: EA closes Buy from 1945-1955. EA is STILL Holding PREVIOUS TWO Sells at 1940 and 1945. EA immediately gets in another buy/sell position at 1955!!!!!

3rd Candle ( 3 pips length Candle): EA ignores candles  and DOES NOT get in another buy sell because it doesn't not meet 5pip requirement; closes at 1952; EA closes the sell position from 1955 to 1952 but is still Holding the 1955 buy and the two sells at 1945 and 1940!! Extremely important!!

4th Candle (over 5pip requirement): EA is still holding previous sells Gold Dumps from 1952 and CLOSES at 1939: EA opens BUY/SELL positions at 1939, closes 1945 Sell and the 1955 Sell at 1939!!!! Still holding the 1955 BUY / EA does not have the 1955 sell because it closed at 1952!!!

MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT:

Being able to change the pip length for when the EA enters it position

The ability for the EA to hold losing positions until the next candle closes in profit or another candle comes and closes in profit

If you cannot provide an EA that can do all requirements and allow me to customize it in the strategy tester please DO NOT apply. Long term partnership for the developer that can create an EA of this caliber, will need other EAs later on.
