Creating simple EA with custom indicator MT4

Hello,

I am looking for a coder for longterm relationship in coding and modifying expert advisors and indicators.
On this project I need a very simple expert with simple entry and exit conditions, based on an external indicator. Buffer is readable and indicator does not repaint.
