Converting RSI/MACD TOS Script to MT4

I currently use this indiactor on the Think or Swim platform it is a Combination of Macd and RSI. When they are in synch to the upside a green dot will plot above the Indicator, when they are in synch to the downside a red dot will plot above the indicator, when they are out of synch a yellow dot will plot. I've attached a picture along with the code i want converted.
