Engineering an EMA based Expert Advisor

Hi prospective developers.

I am in need of someone who can potentially code and automate my manual trading strategy.

The strategy revolves around 3 exponential moving averages. All 3 are length 32. One is set to the source low, one to the close and one is set to the high.

Basically I require someone who can code entries and exits based on candle close in relation to all 3 ema's (multiple signals). The strict rules for long and short trades are heavily detailed in my requirements specification.

My robot will require these functions:

- Stop loss based off an indicator (moving average)

- Take profit as a ratio of said stop loss (With the option to control the tp ratio in the EA inputs)

- A break-even setting

- Risk based as a % of account balance (Auto MM) and a fixed lot setting

- The Expert Advisor must work on all timeframes 

- Trading period; In the EA inputs I must be able to decide when the robot is trading. E.g. 08:00 - 13:00

- Max loss; The Expert must not open new positions after sustaining said number of losses in the given trading period, this must be a number which I can control in the inputs tab

I am very open to communication on this project and hopefully we can work together to produce an Expert Advisor which completely translates the rules of my manual trading strategy.
