Convert mq4 to mq5 Code.

I have an mq4 source code that need to be converted to mt4 without no error / warnings and bugs. When i tried convert myself and run the compilier, it has 1 error and 15 warnings.The error is related to #import "stdlib.ex4"

Once compiled, EA should be able to backtest and match with the MT4 EA

Also, need to add lot size by % of the equity or balance.

Note: The original sourcecode is a 3000 line mq4 and has been converted to mq5.
