Telegram Signals Bot to MT4

good day
im looking to create a ea that open trades based off my own telegram signals 
so when i send signal for different symbols  the ea should open and close trades 

signals should be opened when i send out "buy / sell now" 
and trades should be closed when is say "close in profit/close in loss"

is this possible ?
