Convert One MT5 Indicator to MT4 Indicator

I am looking for an developer who can convert my MT5 indicator to MT4.

The converted indicator should have the same features and functionality as the original MT5 version, including all inputs and parameters. 

Please note that my budget for this project is around $30. Therefore, I am looking for a Developer who can complete the task within this budget.
