LOOKING FOR A DEVELOPER TO CREATE AN EXPERT ADVISOR BASED ON CANDLESTICK COUNT THEN ENTRY.

I'm looking for a developer that can turn a simple strategy into an ea.

CONCEPT(CANDLESTICK COUNT THEN ENTRY)

1) Idea of the trading system is as follows :  EA must start count of candlesticks from the beginning of the trading day. EXAMPLE 1H TIMEFRAME candle number 1 is (01:00) candle number 5 is at (05:00) candle number 18 is at (18:00) and so on. Since 1hour time frame is used the ea must know that theres 23 candles to count must know which on is which.

2) Trading signals :

    * Buy signal/entry : The ea must know that [If the 5th candle closes *BEARISH* it must *BUY*] 

    * Sell signal/entry: The ea must know that [If the 18th candle closes *BULLISH* it must *SELL*]

 Please note above signals are just examples and vice versa is applicable Eg

    * Buy signal/entry : The ea must know that [If the 18th candle closes *BEARISH* it must *BUY*]

    * Sell signal/entry: The ea must know that [If the 5th candle closes *BULLISH* it must *SELL*]

 The ea must make 5 entries a day. Another example of entries maybe at candle number 2 another at candle 4 another at candle 11 another at candle 15 last maybe at candle 21. 

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

1. Configuration panel to choose top 5 candle count entries I want and number of entries per trade

2. A SL AND TP and lot size panel trailing stop

3. Custom chart background color and candlestick color

4. Logo/contact information

5. Would like also to choose whether i want buys only or sells only or both
