EA based of two Indicators MT4

I am looking for a programmer for an EA for MT4.
The EA is based on two indicators, see picture.
One indicator is the Half Trend Indiaktor in the picture the darker blue line and darker red line.
The second indicator is the light blue line and coral coloured line.
A trade should always be entered when the candle also breaks through the second line (do not wait until the candle is closed but execute the trade in the same second).

If a current trade is running, for example, a buy order
and the candle breaks both lines downwards, the sell order should be executed and the buy order stopped ( Exit Opposite Signal ).
I have made this clear in the picture.

The EA should contain the following:
- freely adjustable SL
- freely adjustable TP
- Magic Number so that I can use it on several charts.
- freely adjustable Lotzize (fixed and risk in %) both should be possible.
- freely adjustable trading time for each day separately! for example Monday 0800-1700, Tuesday 1400-2000 etc.
