Help to manage with expert which consists of ex.4 and .dll files

I've bought an expert which consists of 4 files: expert (.ex4), 2 library files (.dat, .dll) and .set file. The expert works not properly like it should.

The parameters are installed inside one of these files, the changing of parameters in set file are not working. I want to find these parameters and change for testing.
