Break Even Indicator + Open Limit Orders

Hey I am looking for a tool that open trades by limit orders and close it by tailing stop.

e.g. I set a limit buy order at 19000 with a TP of 200$ and a Tailing of 50$.

What should show me the TOOL: 1.) Break even of all open trades  line for all pairs.

2. TP line (avg. TP)

Now what should the TOOL do.

If we hit 19000 it opens a buy trade with XX lots. If we hit TP or Tailing Stop the order closes. Now i want the TOOL to open a new limit order at 19000 with the same lot size at befor. So it gonna repeat the same trade until i cancel the limit order in the TOOL
