XML-Import of ECB reference rates

Hello,

I need a function, that gets reference rates from http://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml and writes them into global variables within MT4.

Variable names should be equal to the currency (see attachment).

The function must be executable by EA for periodical refreshments.

Possible ?
