Converting tradingview script to a MQL5. (Automated strategy)

Dear coders,

There is a pinescript that I would like to be converted to MQL5 EA. It will be a slightly complex system based on the "importance" of an indicator value. I will be attaching an image to the following indicator/system on tradingview. If you are interested, please message me to discuss further points.
