Converting a Pine Script indicator to MT4/MT5 Indicator

I found some Pine script indicator that I would like to convert to a MT4 indicator. I need to add alert (down/up) and add arrow. The code must be bug-free and well documented to allow for future development (I might want to create an EA). The trading signal should exactly the same with the pine script and all the input parameter are the same as well
