Modification of an existing indicator

My favorite MQL4 Arrow Signal Indicator gives me Buy and Sell Signals, but no alerts or notifications. So I want to have notifications, when the indicator gives me a buy or sell signal. 

I only have the .ex4 file of the indicator.
