Convert two indicators from tradingview to MT4

Last case was cancelled. I am looking for 1 developer that cancelled a job..

1 - RSI divergence indicator - Indicator that plot divergences on OB/OS ranges

2 - ATR in % - Standard ATR but working with percentages rather than pips.
