Need to create a simple MT5 Robot based on a simple strategy

Hi,

Need an Expert who can make a MT5 Robot based on a simple strategy that I have in mind for a particular currency pair in Forex to start with and then expand for other currency pairs.

Strategy

1. Start Trading for EUR/USD initially at around 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. GMT.

Rule is "Sell Euro and Buy USD at every high, whereas Buy Euro and Sell USD at every low".

2. When last traded price(nth) is higher than the one before (n-1)

Buy at every low in volumes of 1, with a leverage of 1000.

3. When last traded price(nth) is lower than the one before (n-1)

Sell at every high in volumes of 1, with a leverage of 1000.

3. Close each transaction when it reaches a profit of 3 times the amount invested.

For eg. Amount invested is $1 and profit reaches $3, close the transaction

Note: Currency Pair, Timing, Volume and leverage amount should be allowed to be changed by the end user so that it can be customized for other pairs in different timezones depending upon respective peak hours, for higher volumes in future, as we progress ahead.

Usually this is the strategy, and may add few more customizations for free/extra cost, based on mutual agreement with the developer.

We can negotiate about the cost of making the robot, either in lumpsum or per hour basis, when we finalize the developer after seeing the rating and previous accomplishments.
