Converting mql4 to mql5

i want a devlopper with good rating and a lot of project done

HI I need someone to convert an MT4 indicator to MT5. I want the same function of the mt4 indicator be performed onto the mt5( No repaint, precisely the same).

it's an optimazed moving average with mtf option, you have also add all timeframes"1.5.15.30.h1.h2.h3.h4.6.8.12..."  to mt5 indicator version
The source code will be delivered at the end of the job.
