Expert Advisor based on stochastic entry with moneymanagement needed

Dear all,

my idea is to use the crossing from the stochastic indicator over 80 and under 20 to get an entry but the ea should open long and short at the same time. 

Additionally i need a MM with SL and trailing SL. There should be an option to avoid trading during roll-over one hour before and after. There should be only one postion (buy and sell) open at time. 

This system works by hand so i would like to have an automated system. I do not know how much you charge for that but it should not be a challenge.

So again:

-signal from stochastic with parameters to change

-open postitons only if crossing is under 20 or over 80

-buy and sell at the same time

-only one postion (buy and sell) open at time

-no trades one hour before roll-over and after

-MM with trailing SL
