Candle pattern plus alert/signal

As at time to send signal (e.g. 10% time left before candle closes),

if current candle price is not more than 30% distance to the break of previous candle

or

current candle price is above previous the candle by not more than 40% of the previous candle length....

and the current candle has max upper wick of 35% ratio to total candle length.....

then send signal + display BUY in the simple dashboard

if I click BUY, then open trade at 4pips above high of the candle that has just closed.

SL is 90% length of the candle that has just closed

when price move 1:1, move SL to % of initial SL

If I’ve clicked BUY and new candle has not opened or new candle has opened but new candle has not broken high of candle that has just closed…then I want to be able to cancel the pending order.
