Is it possible to create a BOT that trades a tradingview strategy via Binance Future?

The BOT should have the following functions:

Quantity/Lot Management
Profit taking
Stop-Loss
Risk management
Email notifications
SMS & push notifications

What does it mean exactly:
Automatic deactivation function (on successful trades).
Log creation (tick by tick).
