Improve wave indicator

I use the simple Cap Indicator. I want to improve it as follows:

The First:

I want the colours of the Upper Line and Lower Line of the Band to have each two colours.

When the Band is up, we have a colour for the lines

When the Band is down, we have another colour for lines.

The second.

You can see that the indicator generates signals whenever the Band Edge is touched, doesn’t care if the band is going up or down.

Because I use narrow band, and I am willing to use an EA with this indicator I want the following:

When the Band is up, ONLY the long signals to be generated. No short signals. That is when the upper line is touched no signals are generated.

Vice versa when the band is down Only Short signals will be generated, No long signals. That is when the Lower line is touched no signals are generated.
