Trading Panel on MT5 needed!

I want an EA (Trading Panel) on MT5 that would:

1. Enter two trades simultaneously with S/L at 1.5 ATR and customizable.

2. With first T/P at 1 ATR

3. Second T/P at 0 point.

4. It should have a customized break-even adjustment for the two trades.

5. It should have a trailing S/L for both trades with customized setting.

6. It should also have a customized trailing step.

7. It should show Lot size, risk percentage and value.

8. Should have time frame, e.g daily

9. Should show the equity available.

10. Should show market time.

11. Should show 2 position lot.
