Create an array from rates data and sort according to highest and lowest

I require a script or partial EA that copies MQL rates to two arrays buy array and sell array.

Buy Array must be ranked Lowest to highest.

Buy Array

Sell Array must be ranked Highest to lowest

Sell Array

I must also be provided with a method or a way of getting the buyarray or sellarray index/rank using the original index
