Require an Automatic EA that buys and sells based on Indicators from a Template

Hi am looking for a developer who will create a robot that will be able to open trades automatically, included TP and SL, and be according to an indicator that i will specify to the programmer, and be able to name and label the robot on the chart


The template is straight forward, the Indicator starts drawing a Yellow line for a price down trend. As soon as the down arrow appears the EA must open Sell Trades. 

The indicator analyses the market and starts drawing a Green Line for a price uptrend. As soon as the Up arrow appears, the EA must open Buy Trades.  



I also have acquired part of the Code required to create the Robot


Backtesting is required
