Day and hour filter for another EA

I want an EA or script to add a filter option (day, hour start and hour end) to another existing EA, and when the end hour come, if have open orders of that EA (magic number) not disable the EA and let the EA operate until finish orders, and when orders closed, stop the EA operation until reach start hour again.
