Develop copytrading for iq option

I need to create simple copytrading for iq option that should input credentials for

Master account (all trades should be copied from that account)

Receivers account (all trades should be replicated in that accounts)

receivers account should get all accounts from csv file or txt.

Settings for the copy trading

Should be able to add multiple receivers accounts

Should have an option to add proxy

Proxy:
Port:
User:
Password:

Martingale: On/Off

Matringale type: next signal/next expiration

Martingale coefficient: xxx

Martingale setting should be stored in case of closing console and opening in another day, matringale should continue from last step.

Amount of trade type: percentual/fixed amount

Amount of trade: x%/x

The copy must copy ALL TRADES, DIGITAL/BINARY and SAME EXPIRATIONS
