Simple conversion MT4 to MT5 indicator + add shift to existing MT5 indicator

Hi, 

simple job here.

I need one indicator converted into MT5, and the other one to have added the ability to shift the indicator values all to the right by one to see a "live/future" value.

I will send files upon awarding of the job.  The MT4 indicator is perhaps only 155 lines of code, very simple.
