Special Reverse trade ea

Hi I I use martingale ea and need an ea that knows how many trades is open on an specific forex pair and be able to open an order in opposite direction when conditions are met. So first condition is time I want it to work more aggressive on certain time of the day (between certain hours)so lets say I choose Tokyo session as aggressive it must open an trade in opposite direction when the x amount of trade is opened so lets say x = 2 it will mean when the second trade is opened the ea must open its first trade in the opposite direction when third trade is opened the second trade in the opposite direction. second condition if my drawdown is more than 50% it must automatically kick in and open orders only when my ea places an order it can then open an order in the opposite direction. Lot size work's as follows first lot size is fixed set lot size (0.10 lots) the lot size must decrease by x amount of lots (0.10 lots - x amount of lots) so first trade wil be full lot size second trade lets say x = -0.02 .......0.10 - 0.02 = 0.08 lots for second trade third trade 0.06 lots and so on. I want multiple profit lock on the ea with fixed amount stop loss
