I need an EA based on a merging of two Indicators and their signals

I need an EA based on the Buy and Sell signals of two Indicators (which will be provided in the mq4 format) with the standard extensions like "Lot Size", "Take Profit", "Stop Loss" etc. and a time management with a "Start Time" and an "End Time".

Part of the deal is, that I will get the source code at the finalizing.

The price is negotiable if reasonable.
