EA or indicator to alert if specified lot size is opened

EA or indicator or script to alert if specified lot size is opened. 

Currently, I am using the default notification feature of MT4 (Options -> Notification -> "Notify of Trade Transactions" option). 

the "Notify of Trade Transactions" of MT4 notifies all transactions. I only want OPEN and CLOSE position notification for high lots. 

Example if my MT4 opens/closes, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.10, 0.50, 1.00, 3.00, 5.00, From this I only want alert for open/close 1.00 lot and above so only 1.00, 3.00, 5.00 positions must alert/notified.

[Specific Requirement]

1. I must be able to input the lost size to receive alert (e.g. 1.00 lot above)

2. Order Open, Order Close notification must appear if its above the specified lot (#1 above)

3. Must be able to notify positions opened/closed based on account (not opened chart) e.g. I have 4 charts opened with EA running. Alert from positions of all 4 charts must be sent.  (This #3 requirement is important let me know if you understand or have proposed solution)

4. Push notification must work (I think this will work by default just to be sure)
