OCO (one cancels the other) + OTO (one triggers the other)

I need an EA doing the following script orders.

If one pending order is hit, then the other pending order will be cancelled. And at the same time, 2 pending orders should be opened as per my setting.

That's all. Please help me to get this script EA.

PS. The most fast responder and this script EA job to done within 1 day (00:00 GMT time on 17 March) will take this order!
