FX Game Pad (screen) - Metatrader 4

Development of a simple screen panel for trading on the screen and keyboard keys.

- At the start, all buttons are dark gray;
- When you press Buy for the first time, it will blue and the letters white, it open an order buy with the chosen lot (arrows Left - and Right + );
- When you press second time on the same Buy, you close the order (for sell is the same) and the button turn dark gray;
- When you press second time on the opposite key, you invert the order, where was buy, now is sell (you have to close the Buy and open a new Sell) The color change of blue to red and the blue turn dark gray;
- If you press sell second time, you close the order sell and the button turn to dark gray.
- The arrows lot red and lot blue, is to increase the Standard Lot or decrease.
- The counter starts from "0" and
