Change value lots

I would like to develop a program, that when MT4 receives an it signals from a supplier of signal of MQL5, transform batches from one value to another.

Example:

1.       the supplier of signals X of MQL5, it sends a signal from 0.01 lots

2.       the program is configured to convert 0.10 lots, should carry out the order 0.10 lots
