Need An EA that will Submit Two Pending Orders (Buy/Sell) at defined Price Levels and Resubmit Orders if SL is Hit

If the current bid/ask price is below the Pending Order price levels, the EA should submit the correct order type, i.e. pending Sell Limit, Buy Stop.  In this example if price hits the red pending sell limit and the active sell order hits the stop loss, the EA should recognize that the bid/ask is now in between the Buy / Sell levels and the EA should resubmit the Sell Order portion of the Buy/Sell pending orders as a Sell Stop at the price level (value) that is entered in the EA settings when it was initially applied to the chart.

**If possible, the EA should also have a setting to have a max number of pending order resubmit, i.e. the EA will only resubmit pending orders 10, 12, or 15 times.  This is not a deal breaker, I’m just curious if it’s possible.

All Pending Orders should be submitted to the broker and not remain hidden.
