Reverse Engineer A EA file and add my indicators to it also

Hi there 

I am looking for a well qualified technician to Reverse engineer a EA to see what it entails (i.e strategies in the EA) and then once this is done merge my strategy with these from the EA. 

Hope this is sufficient information- Will need a time indication as to how long this will take to complete and can discuss a fee.
