Development of EA Robot Needed. c/w option of Money Management or Fixed Lot Sizes. One Indicator (used twice)

I would like a trading Robot developed using One Indicator - "the Kijun-Sen Indicator.

The indicator is to be used twice, once on the current time frame the EA is set to, the second use of the indicator on a higher time frame (selectable)

I would like...

1. Money Management built in with the ability to set either Money Management in % or Fixed Lots.

If % Used, The Money Management would be set according to the Stop Loss in PIPS or POINTS set & selectable by user.

2. Stop Loss level parameter- set in Points & Pips - selectable by user

3. A Take Profit Level 2 Parameter -set in Points & Pips - selectable by user

4. Stop Loss to Break Even Parameter at pre-determined Take Profit level. set in Pips or Points - selectable by user

5. Break Even Offset Feature (Break Even + X Pips or Points - selectable by user)

6. Close % or Fixed lot Size at a Pre-determined Take Profit Level 1.

7. Would Like Option of Alerts on/Off (Mail, Push, Sound) for Trades Open / Closed / Modified

If Kijun-Sen Indicators both Red - (Kijun-Sen Higher Time Frame & Lower Time Frame at Candle Close) - Full Risk Trade Taken

If Kijun Sen Indicators, Green on Higher Time Frame & Turn Red on Lower Time Frame at Candle Close - Half Risk Trade Taken
