I need a basic EA based on the RSI

Hi, there!

I would like to order a very basic RSI Expert. It should have the following options:

• Open order ("buy at value n" and "sell at value n") at a variable RSI value
• Close order on a variable RSI value (if profitable)
  
• Close all at specified time (preferrably MESZ)
  
• Resume trading at a specified time (preferrably MESZ)
• Close all at Friday 21:45 MESZ
• (If possible: Close orders with a profit of a variable [currency/PIP] value)

• Stop Loss/Take Profit as a PIP value
• Trailing Stop Loss/Take Profit (is a "Trailing Take Profit until reverse value of n" possible?)
  
• Lot size as a variable
• Maximum simultaneous orders
