MACD and MA crossover EA with TP

We need a crossover Expert using 2 Moving Average (the period and shift of each moving average are variable we can set manually), on the intersection of the 2 MA the expert open a sell/buy trade as per the direction of the charts and after a set number of pips (number of pips, initial lot size and the take profit value will be configured manually) Exp: 2 MA (5,0 and 14,3), 10 pips after their first intersection and there is a confirmation from MACD (bars above or below the level line) the Expert will open a buy/sell trade, if there is another intersection + 20 pips between the last 2 intersections and the total of the opened trades less than the defined take profit and there is a MACD confirmation, the Expert will open an opposite trade of the previous one ( if previous trade was sell then the new one will be buy) if the trade type set to buy and sell, other wise it will open the same trade type (sell or buy) with double lot size. Once the total of the opened trades reach the take profit the Expert will close all the trades.

Note:

* to open the first trade (sell or buy) this 3 conditions should be realized: intersection of the 2 MA + MACD confirmation (bars above or below the level line) +number of pips (exp:5 pips) after the intersection

* to open the next trades (sell or buy) this 3 conditions should be realized: intersection of the 2 MA + number of pips (exp:10 pips) between the last 2 intersections +  MACD confirmation (bars above or below the level line)

* ability enable/disable the option of  "number of pips between the intersection"

* Ability to choose the trade type (buy only , sell only, buy and sell)

* to close the opened trades, example if there are 10 trades opened, if the sum of those trades = take profit 

* all the Expert parameters should be set manually (the 2 MA values period and shift, the take profit, the initial lot size, number of pips after the first intersection to open the trade, number of pips between the last 2 intersections, trade types(sell only, buy only, sell and buy))

* the Expert should works in multiple chart at the same time
